Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" on the banner or left hand tabs and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and all Debit Cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet. |

Shipping And Handling
We ship products to customers in the UK mainland including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and Islands. All orders will be charged on an individual basis and will be delivered by Initial City Link, Royal Mail or sub contracted courier of our choice depending on the destination within 5 working days of the order including insurance. We will notifty you in advance should there be any delays on your order over the 5 working days we aim to deliver within. In some instances where stock permits we can delivery next day. Please note all orders require to be signed for. Scottish Islands and Northern Island will have a £12.00 surcharge added. Europe has a surcharge of £50.00. | Returns Policy EEC based mail order customers have a 7 day cooling off period from receipt of goods during which they have the right to return for a full refund. This does not apply to products where there are hygiene issues such as mouthpieces and reeds. All goods returned are at the customer's cost, they must have their original packaging and be in brand new unused condition. We recommend that any returns are made by using a national courier service and fully insured in case of loss or damage. |
