Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" on the banner or left hand tabs and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling We only ship products to customers in the UK mainland. All orders will be charged £9.50 per delivery and will be delivered by Initial City Link within 5 working days including insurance.
Please note all orders require to be signed for. Islands will have a £12.00 surcharge added. This excludes pianos, phone for all piano delivery details. |

| Returns Policy EEC based mail order customers have a 7 day cooling off period from receipt of goods during which they have the right to return for a full refund. This does not apply to products where there are hygiene issues such as mouthpieces and reeds. All goods returned are at the customer's cost, they must have their original packaging and be in brand new unused condition. We recommend that any returns are made by using a national courier service and fully insured in case of loss or damage. |
